In-house dynamic balancing of jobs (shafts, rotors, impellers) weighing from 25kg to 30 tons is done.
We have been doing balancing of ID, PA, FD fan shafts & impellers, turbine rotors as well as pump impellers.
We have also been doing dynamic balancing of jobs up to 3.5 M diameter and 5M length which includes single as well
as two-plane balancing.

Thrust Collar Modification :
Modification of Thrust Collar [Stub Shaft] of Turbine Rotor 62.5 MW.
Total work, including balancing, was done by NuMAC in a short time.
Usually Thrust Collars are integral with Turbine Shaft. But, here, the Collar Stub was bolted to Main Shaft and the second Collar was screwed to this Stub.
To modify, both Collars were made on the Stub Shaft and this was bolted to main Shaft.
Screwed part was eliminated.
Jobs done by OEMs failed but NuMAC job is still doing well after 5 years.
