| Thrust Collar Modification : |

Modification of Thrust Collar [Stub Shaft] of Turbine Rotor 62.5 MW. |

Total work, including balancing, was done by NuMAC in a short time. |

Usually Thrust Collars are integral with Turbine Shaft. But, here, the Collar Stub was bolted to Main Shaft and the second Collar was screwed to this Stub. |

To modify, both Collars were made on the Stub Shaft and this was bolted to main Shaft. |
• |
Screwed part was eliminated. |
• |
Jobs done by OEMs failed but NuMAC job is still doing well after 5 years. |
